SIM4FLIGHT is an aerospace engineering company based in Acerra, near Naples, Italy. We work with companies that design and build helicopters, aircraft and satellites. For this reason, we cover the whole structural path of a component.
SIM4FLIGHT is an engineering consultancy specialising in the aeronautics and space sectors. In our first year of activity we completed 4 major projects and delivered more than 18,000 hours of engineering. We look to the future with ambition: by 2027 we plan to grow our in-house team to more than 6 people and exceed 30,000 hours of development, strengthening our collaborations with the leading industrial players in the sector.
A young aerospace engineering company with long experience
The company is new, but the people are not. In fact, our technical core comes from twenty years of structural consultancy. We have worked for helicopter, aircraft and satellite manufacturers on FE models, certification, manufacturing engineering and testing. So SIM4FLIGHT offers that experience to anyone looking for a technical partner, without the layers of a large firm.
Today we work with 4 in-house engineers and 6 professionals from external partners. Therefore, we size the team to each programme. It can be one analyst for a specific check, or a full team when 3D model, analysis and testing come together. Our technical team is led by Pasquale Papa, who has twenty years of structural analysis behind him.

Our office is in Acerra, near Naples. The area hosts one of Italy’s most important aerospace clusters. In addition, we work with Italian and European companies on helicopters, aircraft, satellites and launcher ground support equipment, both on site and remotely.

Pasquale Papa
I have 20 years of experience in engineering consultancy, working with many different companies on the development, configuration and industrialisation of aerospace projects.
