Capabilities
Aerospace engineering services
We provide aerospace engineering for companies that build aircraft, including helicopters and satellites. In fact, we follow a component from the first CATIA model to the test that qualifies it. So the client has one team, from drawing to test rig.
All capabilities- 01 3D Design Development of complex three-dimensional models using the best industry standards (CATIA V5).
- 02 Structural Analysis Structural sizing and strength analysis of critical components.
- 03 Numerical Simulations (FEM) Global and detailed finite element (FE) models, fatigue analysis and analysis under thermoelastic loads, using state-of-the-art tools such as HyperMesh, OptiStruct, MSC Nastran and HyperView.
- 04 Manufacturing Engineering (CNC) Engineering support for production.
- 05 Testing & Qualification Test plans, reporting (De Risk Test) and test rig design (Test Rig Project).
Method
From geometry to test
- 01
Geometry
First, we model parts and assemblies in CATIA V5, already idealised for analysis.
- 02
FE model
Then we build global meshes for load paths and also detailed meshes where stresses concentrate.
- 03
Verification
Next, we calculate margins of safety, fatigue life and thermoelastic effects, so every result stays traceable.
- 04
Test
Finally, we write the test plan, design the rig and compare measurements with the model.
