These are the aerospace projects we worked on in our first year: civil and military helicopters, a satellite and the ground support equipment of a launcher. For each programme you will find the context, the work carried out and the tools used.

Aerospace projects for manufacturers and suppliers

We have worked for manufacturers such as Leonardo and OHB, but also with supply chain companies like Giannuzzi SRL. In fact, in many aerospace projects the work passes from one supplier to another, and each one must deliver checks that the end customer can accept.

Our role is almost always structural: FE models, analysis, fatigue, testing. However, in some cases we also handle 3D design and test rigs, so the same team follows the component through to qualification.

In addition, some work in this sector is confidential, so in those cases we only show the nature of the activities and not the client’s details. If you have a similar programme, tell us about it from the contact page, or look at our services first.

How to read each project page

Each page follows the same layout, so it is quick to read. First comes the programme context, then the main activities and finally the tools, such as CATIA V5, HyperMesh and MSC Nastran. The side column also lists the capabilities involved, with a link to each service. In addition, every aerospace project explains why the work matters to the client, because numbers alone do not tell the whole story.

In our first year we put more than 18,000 engineering hours into these programmes. By 2027 we expect to exceed 30,000 hours, so the list will grow. We update this page whenever a client allows us to describe a new piece of work.
