Privacy notice

This notice explains how we process the personal data of people who visit this website, contact us or apply for a position, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

  • Contact form: name, company, email, phone, service of interest, your message and, if you arrived from an advertising campaign, its source (for example LinkedIn).
  • Applications: name, email, phone, LinkedIn profile, CV and the information you choose to share.
  • Browsing data: technical data needed to run the website (IP address, browser, pages requested) and, only with your consent, statistics and marketing cookies described in the cookie policy.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

  • To reply to your request and send you information or quotes: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • To send you updates on projects and news, only if you tick the optional box: your consent (art. 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To assess your application: pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b) and your consent for the CV (art. 6.1.a).
  • To keep the website secure and prevent abuse: our legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).
  • To measure visits and advertising campaigns: your consent given through the cookie banner (art. 6.1.a).

4. How long we keep it

Requests: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract follows. Applications and CVs: 24 months, after which they are deleted automatically. Cookie consent: 6 months, after which we ask again.

5. Who can see it

Only our staff authorised to handle it, and the providers who help us run the website as data processors: the hosting provider, Business Boost (technical support for the website) and, with your consent, Google, LinkedIn and Meta for statistics and campaigns. These providers may transfer data outside the EU under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.

6. Applications

Your CV is stored in a protected area of the website that only our team can access, it is used solely for recruitment and is deleted after 24 months. Please do not include special categories of data (health, beliefs and so on) unless required by law.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw consent at any time (arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to amministrazione@ing4flight.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
