To contact our engineering office you only need a few details: the component or programme, the type of work and the timing. Then we will call you back for the rest, under a non-disclosure agreement if needed.

Contact an engineer directly

The person who answers is an engineer, not a call centre. As a result, the first call is often enough to understand whether the work is feasible. In addition, you can write to us in English or Italian, because we work with companies in Italy and abroad.

What to send us

• The component or programme, even in a few lines
• The type of work: 3D model, analysis, FEM simulation, testing
• The timing and, if any, the programme deadlines
• If needed, a request for a non-disclosure agreement

There is no need to send models or drawings straight away. In fact, we prefer to understand the problem first, and only then ask for the files we need. If you want an idea of our work, look at our completed projects or our services.

Where we are

Our office is in Acerra, near Naples, a few minutes from the motorway. However, most of the work happens remotely, so we follow programmes across Italy and Europe. When needed, instead, we visit the client on site or at the test lab.

We reply within one working day, usually much sooner. If your request is urgent, for example for a test that is already booked, say so in the message. Then we will call you back the same day.

After the first contact we send you a proposal with activities, timing and costs. We only start once you approve it, and from then on you have a single technical contact. Finally, we use the data you send through the form only to reply to you, as the privacy notice explains.
